Overall, my stay had a few ups and downs. While the hotel's location is superb with easy access to shopping and attractions, my experience was dampened by ongoing construction that made navigating the hotel quite confusing. The rooms were pleasant, providing a comfortable atmosphere, but the dining experience left much to be desired, especially at breakfast. Overall, it was a mixed bag, and I would think twice before returning until the renovations are complete.

My recent stay at the hotel was quite frustrating. While I appreciated the location and some staff members' efforts, the service fell short of expectations. The room I received was disappointing, and the dining options did not offer good value for money, especially given the high rates. It overshadowed the positives of my experience.

Our stay was wonderful with very attentive service from the staff, especially Bill at the front desk who made us feel welcome. The corner room we had was spacious and offered a pleasant surprise with a nice view. However, the check-in process was a bit slower than we anticipated, likely due to the busy New Year’s weekend. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back.
